In Wii SDL2, I would like the pointing hand cursor graphic to rotate when rotating the Wii Remote.

This could involve using SDL_RenderCopyEx() to rotate the hand according to the Wii Remote's accelerometer. Ideally, there should also be an option to ignore accelerometer when deciding pointer angle so it is always rendered the same (as it works now).
