Add 2 examples of how to load 16/256-color sprites #4

The included Makefiles have been adapted to use grit automatically from the data in the graphics folder within each example.

I tried to take a look at how to load sprites using libgba and I couldn't find any example or anything. I couldn't even find any way to use grit to convert data. So I decided to create a couple of examples for future reference.

If this is something that you consider useful, I could create more examples and I could adapt the existing ones to use grit.

Note that I've set the license of the examples to CC0 (as public domain isn't an option in many countries).
