Declare support for GLU #10

Until we have the GLU code in this repo, let's set this flag.

This will need some work if https://github.com/devkitPro/opengx/pull/23 gets merged. We probably should use pkg-config to check if glu is available.

We'll use upstream GLU, this is not needed.
