Currently when the Package installer is ran for dkp-pacman, it configures pacman.conf as if you are on a linux system, and not osx.
I have reinstalled dkp-pacman using the installer multiple times with same result: https://github.com/devkitPro/pacman/releases/tag/devkitpro-pacman-1.0.1
