Add Logo to Design

Description

I added our logo as a reusable component. By adding the tailwind class fill-current and text-secondary to the logo svg code, the color of the word 'FREELANCERS' will change based on what theme is chosen. This Logo component can be used as part of the landing page design instead of including it as an svg image.

Future Thoughts

• We may want to consider adding more structure to our UI component files as more reusable components are created.
• When made mobile responsive, the logo may need to be resized for smaller screens.
