When you're trying to stop application right after error, it won't happen, but why?
Because:
Application.Terminate() command is waits until PHP Engine will end it's execution circle, why?
Delphi waits while app saves it data, when any execution (in separated thread) process - is possible saving process. [ Windows things ]
