What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the endpoint at http://data-gov.tw.rpi.edu/sparql
2. Run the default SPARQL Query
3. Receive a cannot connect error message
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the number of triples
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not sure of version, running from IE 10 on Microsoft Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
This had been working flawlessly last week
