Wanted to play around with Partials more and really understand how they can work.

Added New "List Partial" Example application that uses list-object partial and content template
- needed to add new htmlPlugin/entry in webpack.config.js
- playing around with passing in partials
- could add custom style to the list-object and list-item that applies to all lists in the app
Add eq handlebar helper to help with new template, seems like we would want to add a library of these if we keep going this way:

Practiced importing svgs in the partials
