yabasanshiro.exe, odd gfx issue when loading exe on Windows 7 #749

I have attached a screenshot of the odd behavior below.. 1) it doesn't load to fill the screen ie. not-maximized

2) its distorted upper right corner of the yabasanshiro window... as shown in the screenshot... this has been going on for the past 2 or 3 sub-versions...

3) this only occurs when executing the exe directly from the program folder and seems to work fine when executed from a shortcut...

I have moved on.. I upgraded my PC to a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, and a new NVMe SSD drive.. and Windows 10

This no longer seems to occur... then again as I mentioned in my last comment I have moved on to Windows 10 Pro x64.. so it could be an issue with Windows 7...
