Sega Rally no longer boots Yaba Sanshiro 2 pro #791

On Yaba Sanshiro 2 Pro, Sega Rally freezes before 'Sega Saturn' with a bios set, and does not display any 3d layers with the built in bios. I have tried various rips of all regions, and combinations of the other settings (Huawei P30 Pro new edition)
