Croc no longer works using Dynarec on Arm/Arm64 devices #796

The game Croc will no longer boot if you are using Dynarec. Tested on Odroid Xu4, Odroid N2, Raspberry Pi 4. The game only boots when switching over to Interpreter and it is so slow.
