[Feature Request] .M3U Support #858

As a quick introduction, .m3u files are also known as "playlist" files. This allows the user to load multi-disc games within many emulators and frontends (ex. RetroArch and LaunchBox). AFAIK, YabaSanshiro does not support m3u files, so adding support for these files would be great. The only example of a multi-disc game I can think of currently is Policenauts, but I am sure there are others that would benefit from being loaded this way.

Would love to see this implemented. I would like to see all disc based emulators support .m3u files. Dolphin has got this down the best I have seen. m3u file support with auto disc swap.
