Issue with Microsoft Visual C+. Unable to run 1.9.3 version of Yaba Sanshiro #999

My video card Intel HD 5500 doesn't support any Vulcan with its dlls which are demanded by 1.9.3. build. It also demands that I install Microsoft Visual 2010. I Installed it from folder with 1.9.3. but no effect. Can I run this latest build with my current video card? What should I do?
