Extended Registers #53

The device I am using has extended registers (address 60001 to 70000) 
which it uses for configuration time-out, fail-safe actions for the 
outputs etc.

Also the ModBus simulator Mod_RSsim (ver 8.16) also has these registers 
available. However I dont seem to be able to access these registes from 
nModbus.

Can this be inculded in the next build (revison of nmodbus).
