Drivers for PCA9555 and PCA9535 available #122

Hi,

I have derived drivers for PCA9555 and PCA9535 from my PCA9698 driver.

You find the two files attached, update instructions are the same as for the 
other added drivers. Please note, this driver does NOT work for PCF8575 
although pin compatible. The reason is that they have different I2C protocols!

The files have to go to the .../devices/digital directory. If you add other 
drivers from my other digital chip driver submissions, please merge __init__.py 
accordingly so that the DRIVERS dictionary contains all needed entries.
