This PR does the following:

Adds Firebase phone login using a test phone number and an SMS verification code.
Tracks Cocoapods using a Podfile and locks dependencies with the Podfile.lock
Adds a LoginViewController with a login button.
Add a SMSVerificationViewController with a confirm button.
Add a ExploreViewController with a logout button.
Add a Constants file to track hard coded information.
