update emoji list

can we update the emoji list? It does not contain all emojis—for instance, the toothbrush. Maybe you could include in the README how you obtained all the images, so others can more easily update it.

Emojis list:

• https://github.com/hackebrot/turtle is used to query the emojis
• it bases its emoji list on https://github.com/muan/emojilib which now sources its list from https://github.com/muan/unicode-emoji-json

In order to add support for more emojis, you can manually or programmatically backport the emoji changes from https://github.com/muan/unicode-emoji-json to turtle's emoji list.

For obtaining the emoji images I just selected all the images from https://emojis.wiki/apple/ and downloaded them in one go.

Alternatively you could use @jsumners's great approach to generate the icons using macOS's embedded emoji font. You'll need to run the script on an updated system, and possibly change the output resolution. https://github.com/jsumners/alfred-emoji/blob/master/lib/genicons.js
