Update for Thermo3, Expand2 and WebUI #2

New features

  1. Thermo3Click

    A high and a low value is saved on the module with time stamp time stamp is in seconds since last boot high and low value could be resetted on WebUI

  1. Expand2Click

    Full button less WebUI, with Input Port and Output Port set output from WebUI Water meter function with up to two water meter connections (particular solution)

  2. Update for WebUI

    askAlive function which pulls status each 5 seconds from GreenPHY module Integrated device name New Logos Logos are now shown in title WebUI is now for GreenPHY Module not eval Board

  3. minor Changes

    Changed device name to "devolo-d9a" (selective name based on MAC will follow in later version) fixed some bugs

Edit: MQTT is not included in this version, work is still in progress.
