Adresses/Fixes #1566 .Replaced with #1588 .implementation of changes requested will be done in #1588 Implements

• Added a method in JavaMerge to add @Generated annotation to generated java code
• Modification in CustomModelWriter.
• Pre Processing of templates if the output template is of Java type
