Create wiki pages for CobiGen debugging methods #1605

As a CobiGen developer, I want to have an overview about debugging techniques which I can use to debug f.e. CLI or Eclipse.

Hello @professorabhay, I'm glad that you are interested in helping us out with our CobiGen documentation.

You could create a new wiki page in: https://github.com/devonfw/cobigen/tree/master/documentation and add it to: https://github.com/devonfw/cobigen/blob/master/documentation/_Sidebar.asciidoc

If you need any help with this issue, feel free to ask. I'm looking forward to your pull request.

Hello @professorabhay I don't see any new branch/commit on your fork yet.

I would start creating a new page in the documentation folder and add the link to the sidebar first.

The links of the documentation will not be usable from this folder though, as our github workflow first needs to generate our wiki pages for github. This means you can't test a link inside the documentation folder as it expects to be opened within a wiki.

Hey @jan-vcapgemini, Now I understand the concept. I'll work on this tonight (IST) and raise a PR for one topic till tomorrow.
