Align the examples in the JPA guide with the code in our sample application #444

With https://github.com/devonfw-sample/devon4quarkus-reference/issues/9 we change the entity in our quarkus application. As mentioned in comment https://github.com/devonfw/devon4j/pull/435#discussion_r688493783, the example should be aligned with the code from the sample application.
