Better Structure in General section #450

we have multiple articles in a general section. we need to define proper structure for it like adding subsection guides as we have it here https://devonfw.com/website/pages/docs/devon4j.wiki_devon4j.asciidoc_guides.html

what about this ticket? I think it would be very valuable to have a proper structure. Currenlty I see that there's now

I cannot imagine that a user finds the topic that he needs here.
