Refactoring logging guide #472

Pull request for issue https://github.com/devonfw/devon4j/issues/469. Removed the Quarkus logging guide as there is a lot of overlap. The relevant parts have been included in the general logging guide.

@GuentherJulian There is something about log format in https://github.com/devonfw/devon4j/blob/master/documentation/quarkus/guide-logging.asciidoc#format. Maybe you can move it to the general guide too. It's just optional so I will approve the pr now.
