Fix Quarkus links #536

@GuentherJulian Sorry, for the extreme late feedback - I was totally M.I.A. This PR does not make sense to me. Can we close or clarify the real rationale behind it?

@hohwille this PR was just a quick fix for some of the broken links on the website. Some of them are still not working. And this PR does not address all the broken links. Therefore, I think this PR can be closed and we need to find another solution for the broken links on the website.

@GuentherJulian thanks for your feedback. I am therefore closing this. Please note that we have created a complete new repo for the java stack and an entirely new website approach based on Antora that is simply working and lets us go away from the ugly ruby magic website generation that nobody was able to maintain.
