change surefire version to 3.0.0-M5 #12

@suvmanda or @lmarniazman can someone add a rationale why we are doing this update? The M in 3.0.0-M5 stands for milestone so this is a pre-version. If we have some good reasons for this update, I am fine.

Hi @hohwille, this PR is related to some issues in #294 in the devon4j repo. When running a SonarQube analysis on devon4j, there is an exception related to this plugin. My thinking was bumping its version up to the latest would solve it, as this was also a suggestion i found in other threads where someone had this problem.
