Updated devon4ng template and update all to the new shared library #26

Update the devon4ng template in order to be sync with the new shared library (this PR should be merge before https://github.com/devonfw-forge/devon-production-line-shared-lib/pull/33) and also to be able to configure the deployment environment (docker or openshift).

The other templates are pending because we need to create the Openshift environment templates. We will create other PR in some weeks.
