Implementation description

Added new implementation of reverse-proxy
Updated the definition of dsf4docker environment
- Added Selenium
- Added LDAP+lam for user management
- Changed NGINX for Traefik
Removed dsf4docker deployment files. Now it's part of cicdgen.
