update diagrams and migrate to drawio #123

We have migrated from visio to draw.io in devon4j: https://github.com/devonfw/devon4j/pull/337

The same should also be done here in this repo for https://github.com/devonfw/sonar-devon4j-plugin/blob/master/DevonRules.vsd

I would also suggest to create one drawio diagram file per image/PNG/SVG. We could also consider switching from PNG to SVG making the image clickable like in devon4j.

Beside the technical 1:1 migration we could also do some improvements alongside.
