Transformation Pipeline Project #1

Hi Devon

I was wondering what language you are planning to develop or if the pipeline is already under development and if you are looking for help/contributions for the p21 -> json-ld converters.

I assume initially you're looking at consuming or exporting packages? Rather than a technical implementation of slots etc....

Happy to try and lend support if I can support the implementation.

Hey @Gytaco - There's already a mostly-working version of the pipeline written in Python. The pipeline is small enough that it shouldn't be a huge effort to port to another runtime. Plan to release once the spec stabilizes a bit, so I'm not constantly chasing updates.

The transformation pipeline is just for P21 to IFC-LD conversion. The pipeline is stateless, so only deals with translation. Other parts of the project address implementation of core features independent of P21 interop.
