TOC in GitBooks has wrong page #s #1

Don't know if this is a problem with the git repo, but thought I'd mention.

The page #s are 0-7 sequentially, rather than the actual page numbers in the text.

Unfortunately don't have any control over GitBooks and how it works :(.
