Guidance for adding mods?

Hi! First thanks for your role, which I'm using to provision a vanilla server and works great!

I wondered if someone could provide guidance about how to add some mods once you have used this specific role.

In particular:

• Is there a sister role that could be used to install various mods, e.g. SecurityCraft?
• Is there maybe something that we could add to ansible-minecraft itself to make it easy to mod?
• Or maybe do you use the built-in hooks to add mods (if so, I'd love some snippets to move forward more easily on that)

(and maybe a first question would be how to handle a Forge install, I think?)

I'll experiment with those & will try to see if this can be easily added to the existing role (with or without a fork).
