Show all resources across all regions. #9

It'd be great to have a button to toggle showing all resources across all regions. I'm looking to be able to submit these as a sort of report.

My thoughts as well. Would work on that as soon as I finish going through the list of ALL the resources. Pretty sure that #8 will also help with this, and maybe a print option, or an export as json/csv.
