Terraform VPC

- This VPC Contains

A VPC [Cidr Block 10.0.0.0/16]
Elastic IP
Internet Gateway
NAT Gateway
4 Subnets [2 Public, 2 Private)
Route Tables/ Associations
I will also add variable, security files also which work in conjunction with the VPC

All deploys fine with plan/ apply but to associate two NAT's we need two EIP's Need to confirm with Kiko to see what is ideal for the project

Have had confirmation that we will use a single NAT over multiple subnets

Hey Marcio, You are right, I created a elb.tf separate from the vpc file! I can upload the code in another PR if you would like to take a look !
