ECS Cluster

This code will spin up two EC2 / ECS Clusters

Create an ASG
Launch Configuration with a .shell script which adds all the CloudWatch log locations
ECS AMI Assignment
IAM Role assignment to the cluster

Please note this is still in testing phase. Working on creating a .json file which pulls our Docker container from the ECS
