@mattstratton Hello! Please feel free to consider Cloudsmith for packaging.

It's commercial, but offers generous free tiers and is also very free for open-source (with 100GB of storage, and 1TB of bandwidth). It doesn't have Chocolately support just yet, but it'll happily serve built binaries (raw support), and deb/rpm is the bread and butter for the service. :-)
