[HAL-2024] Temporarily hide empty sponsor sections #14277

We currently do not have sponsors for the Platinum, Bronze, Lunch, Lanyard, and Coffee levels. To avoid a bleak appearance on the event page, I have temporarily commented out these sections in the data\events\2024\halifax\main.yml file. As we secure sponsors for these levels, we can re-enable the sections accordingly.
