Make event navbar prettier #6547

Now that we have added a collapsed navbar, there are a few things to do to make it look nicer.

  1. Make the city name justify/align better
  2. Make the secondary "hamburger" menu visual distinct from the global nav
  3. Add the font-awesome icons back for visual appeal (but keep the words)
