SSH_INJECTION Environment Variable Is Not Implemented #49

There's no lookup for SSH_INJECTION variable in Ansible. currently is read from ansible defaults variables.

add a lookup variable to host_vars for hashicorp managed_node to get the value based on user-defined ENV.
