Changes:

Updated video list and added the last episode 011.
Added a new sub-section for About Course about watching videos V-P-N free.
Added Infracost extension for vs-code to the extension list.
Updated the .gitignore file and added .infracost.
Added CONTRIBUTING.md file.
Added Related courses section to readme.md.
