Unable to "yum install epel-release -y" for MEMCACHE SETUP #145

I noticed my Vagrant No VirtualBox Guest Additions installation either wasn't found or wasn't properly installed.

I had to uninstall vagrant-vbguest and re-install vagrant-vbguest.

vagrant plugin uninstall vagrant-vbguest

vagrant plugin install vagrant-vbguest --plugin-version 0.21
Please reboot your vagrant

vagrant reload
