When i run the policy update command in my ubuntu machine , iam getting the following error

ERROR Error from server: error while updating policy: can't get policies for "ad-testing": can't download all gpos and assets : one or more error while fetching GPOs and assets: can't download "Default Domain Policy": can't check if Default Domain Policy needs refreshing: no GPT.INI file: cannot open smb://xxxxxx.local/sysvol/xxxxx.local/Policies/{31B2F340-016D-11D2- 945F-00C04FB984F9}/GPT.INI: invalid argument

I was uing the same link but getting the error while giving the group policy update command
