ln tries to create a symbolic link to a non existent file which works in linux but not on mingw64

296552427-0087e919-3aa4-4d6a-8a32-d52843c36c25 your build is already successful you don't need that symbolic link qemu-system-arm.exe is what you need which is situated inside build
