What should become of apps/Slideshow.h? #393

Slideshow.h is currently sitting all by itself in apps/. As far as I can tell, nothing is using it. We probably don't want a singleton header file hanging out in the apps directory.

The goal is to have a custom JS slideshow program in Empirical. Since originally working on this project, better JS slideshows have come out, though it still seems lie it could be turned into a nice demo.
