Converting time in ms to hours and adding it to the logs for better comprehension & changing Weekly digest scheduling

So we just don't see nnnnnn in ms but also 'nn' in hours.

Also added change to the way scheduling works, and sends out Weekly digest once when trigger digest is pressed.
