JVM option -DlogLevel=<LOGLEVEL> controls the logging level.

Default level is INFO. Can be set to any log4j level - DEBUG WARN etc

Reopening as the LB takes the old log4j.properties instead of log4j.xml and 
doesn't bundle a file by default
