Require ldap3<2.0.0 in setup.py since ldap3>=2.0.0 is incompatible with devpi-ldap #37

ldap3>=2.0.0 introduced some backwards incompatible changes that don't work with devpi-ldap. This should probably be fixed some day and the version requirement changed to require ldap3>=2.0.0.

I just made fixes on master which make this obsolete. I will release 1.2.1 shortly.
