i installed a the web panel a web hosting i got this issue "Currently down for maintenance. Please try again soon." how to solve it please ?

Double check if you deleted or renamed your"install" directory, and make sure your URL ends in /admin/

another issue Error: You do not have MySQL support (mysql_connect) built into PHP! Rebuild your PHP install with MySQL support and try again. i am installing it on a web hosting php 7.3 Capture
