Where did dsomm.owasp.org go? #266

Trying to find more information from OWASP re: DSOMM, dsomm.owasp.org was a CNAME to dsomm.timo-pagel.de, both of which appear to be offline, but are still linked (index.md).

@cwmoriarty Thank you for raising this issue. Nameserver issues. Fixed ~2023-12-25.
