Empty Time field prevents Copy All Rows from working #129

Sometimes HttpFox does not show request’s duration (maybe it’s zero?) -- 
Please see attachment.

As a result, the “Copy All Rows” option does not work (copies nothing).

Feature suggestion
------------------

Since selecting multiple rows already works, “Copy selected rows” would be 
useful.
