Toggle window is blank #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use of IE Tab in conjunction perhaps. Unknown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The toggle window is blank. Opening in it's own window appears to work however.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.4.  XP Pro SP2, FF 3.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.
When originally installed it worked perfected.  After trying it with IE Tab
the toggle remained blank.  Uninstalling/installing, restarting, disabling
other/all other plugins has no effect.
